A new material coffee table

New Material - LUX
LUX is far more sustainable than existing wood materials, composed of bast plant fibers such as flax, jute, hemp, kenaf, and sisal. These five fast-growing plants do not contribute to deforestation and do not compete with human food chain supply. LUX panels are natural to the touch and dense with texture, featuring a beautiful, organic coloration.

Small mock-up

Depends on the material's feature, explore some idea

Start to build
Use pink foam to make a jig
Use a steamer to make LUX soft, banding the three layers together.

Get classmates' help, use the union band 800 to glue three layers together.
Table Top
Consider about the stable of LUX structure, I decided to use lightweight materials which is cedar wood to build the table top
Table Feet
Use maple rods to build table feet.
The whole table should balance and stable.
