Problem Statement
Drivers are dropping orders at the wrong address and this leads to bad customer experience and in turn impacts our business
Demonstrate problem

Apt/house number is not conspicuous - Currently, the address detail such as apt number or unit number is in a very small font which is under the customer name, drivers may miss it.

Real-life bad example of PoD photo - There is no instruction to guide the driver to take a good Proof of Delivery photo, which causes a bad experience on the customer side and leads to huge missing order.
Current scenario

ℹ️ As a last step of the drop-off experience, we ask the driver to take a proof of successful deliver order.
🙁 There is no such instruction or real-life example to guide the driver to take a good PoD photo.
Verify address
ℹ️ Driver can view the address information on top of the screen to help them find the correct address
😕 Currently, such info is too small to find it, so the driver will easily miss it.
